Salt of the Earth Music Ministry Inc. (SOTE) was established in 1994 as an outreach initiative to share the love of Christ spiritually through music and tangibly through community outreach initiatives.
In 2009 Remnant Fellowship Church (Remnant Fellowship Ministries Int.) was established and connected as a central ministry partner with Salt of the Earth Music Ministry Inc.
In March 2013 Salt of the Earth Music Ministry Inc. was granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service.

Transform lives through outreach initiatives and services that empower and improve the quality of life for individuals, children and families.
WHAT WE DO
We serve the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community. We serve people of all races, ethnicities, creeds, gender and orientation regardless of their ability to pay.
Our Core Initiatives
CUTS AND CURLS
We provide free Back To School haircuts, styles and school supplies for low income students returning to school.
Christmas in
the hood
Christmas in the Hood, is our flagship outreach initiative, was launched in 1996. We host an all day festive event that culminates with our spectacular toy and gift giveaway for every child in attendance.
Covering with care
Covering with Care is our homeless outreach. We take socks, hygiene packs and sack lunches and personally distribute them to the homeless.
purpose
Driven life
Purpose Driven Life is our Prison Outreach Ministry. Through our partnership with local prisons we teach the purpose of life to members of the prison population.
Touch
tuesday
Touch Tuesday is our community outreach to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ. We go out in the community randomly assisting those in need with purchases of gas, groceries or laundry.
